Lars S. Madsen participated in an excursion last week, were the purpose was to find the rare Horned Dung Beetle - (Copris lunaris). The species has not been recorded in Denmark since 1982 and was belived to be extinct. Lars and a friend rediscovered the Horned Dung Beetle on the island of Samsų on the last known location for the species.
